Former CNBC and CNN Senior Correspondent Allan Chernoff is CEO of Chernoff Communications, a financial and corporate communications firm. He has advised and written for dozens of Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profit organizations.

As CNN's Senior Correspondent for 11 years, Allan reported on air for all of the CNN television and radio networks, writing for CNNMoney.com and CNN.com, and serving as CNN's economic and personal finance analyst. Previously, he was Senior Correspondent for CNBC, where he spent a decade covering the top business and financial stories for both CNBC and NBC programs. He is one of the founding journalists of CNBC’s predecessor, Financial News Network (FNN). His journalism honors include six Deadline Club Awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, two National Headliner Awards, three Peabody Awards, and a DuPont Award.
