On April 7th, 2022, Palisade Capital Management was proud to co-sponsor the 25th Annual Theodore D. Veru Symposium entitled "The Future of Finance: Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency, Decentralized Finance". The event was moderated by Palisade's Chief Investment Officer Dan Veru who was joined by speakers Jason Trennert, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Strategas Research Partners, an institutional brokerage and advisory firm providing macro research and capital markets and corporate advisory services, and Tom Jessop, president of Fidelity Digital Assets, created to deliver full-service institutional brokerage capabilities for native digital assets.

For a quarter century, the Theodore D. Veru Symposium has brought world-renowned business and public leaders to the University of Hartford Barney School of Business to provide students, faculty, staff, and the public access to esteemed thought leaders. The Veru Symposium was created by University of Hartford Barney School of Business alumnus Peter Veru '85 in commemoration of his father, Theodore. This revered symposium has brought some of the world's best marketers, economists, analysts, and investors to campus to share their knowledge and expertise.
