Palisade Capital Management Appoints Christopher Henderson to Operating Committee

Palisade Capital Management announced today that Christopher Henderson, CFA has been appointed to the firm’s Operating Committee as a senior member of Palisade’s management team, effective January 1, 2026. The appointment follows the planned retirement of James M. Marrone, Jr. at the end of 2025.

Chris joined Palisade in July 2023 as Managing Director and Head of Business Development and has since played a key role in advancing the firm’s institutional growth strategy, strengthening client relationships and expanding investor engagement across Palisade’s platforms. In his role, Chris leads the firm’s institutional business development and client partnership efforts, working closely with Palisade’s investment and client service teams to support long-term, strategic relationships.

In his expanded role on the Operating Committee, Chris will contribute to firmwide strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives, helping guide Palisade’s continued evolution as a leading independent investment manager. Additionally, Chris’s title will change to “Managing Director, Head of Distribution and Relationship Management” to better reflect his role at the firm.

The appointment coincides with the retirement of Jim Marrone, who was a valued member of Palisade’s leadership team and a key contributor to the firm’s institutional business over the past decade.

Chris holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College and is a CFA® Charterholder. Prior to joining Palisade, he held senior business development and client-focused roles at several leading investment management firms, bringing more than two decades of experience in institutional client relations and strategic growth.
