Kelly Lynch-Moloney, CFP® joined Palisade in December 2025 as Managing Director, Private Wealth Management, where she specializes in working with individuals and families to grow and preserve their wealth.  Prior to Palisade, Kelly was with Orange Investment Advisors and its predecessor firm, Hudson Valley Investment Advisors, for almost twenty years, rising from an Assistant Portfolio Manager to a Director and Portfolio Manager.  Kelly started her career in investment roles at Shields/Alliance Capital Management and Zesiger Capital Group LLC.    Kelly is passionate about financial education and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® in 2018, enabling her to provide holistic planning and portfolio management guidance while helping clients reach their financial goals.    Kelly earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University and a Bachelor in Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.  Kelly is a member of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council, the Financial Planning Association of the Greater Hudson Valley, and a Grant Review Volunteer for the United Way of the Dutchess-Orange Region.
