Dawn is a Partner and Associate Portfolio Manager for Palisade Capital Management’s Small- and Smid-Cap Core Equity strategies with responsibilities that include generating investment ideas and maintaining research coverage specializing in the Communication Services, Consumer Discretionary, and Health Care sector. Prior to joining Palisade in 2013, Dawn was at Lord Abbett & Co., LLC where she was an Investment Analyst covering Health Care. Prior to Lord Abbett, Dawn was a Managing Director, Senior Equity Analyst covering Health Care Services at Kaufman Bros., L.P., and a V.P. and Senior Equity Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase Securities. She received a dual M.B.A. in Finance and Business Communications from Fordham University and her B.A. in Journalism from New York University. Dawn has completed an intensive certification course on ESG entitled “Sustainable Capitalism & ESG Online” at the Berkeley School of Law (Business in Society Institute, Executive Education) and a virtual course at NYU Stern School of Business (Global Executive Education) entitled “Sustainable Finance and ESG Investing”.
